If you wanna be bad...
You Gotta Wear (Vegan) Leather Pants
Last month I got to go to Bryan Adams' concert at the Greek Theatre -- incidentally, the same day my computer crashed -- so it was a day of highs and lows. I still want to share my outfit with you. I also want to talk about the benefits of a good quality vegan leather pant.
So my attempt with this whole thing was the Wembley '96 DVD cover, what do you guys think though? Who wore it better?
These pants are vegan leather too, I'm just winning all around. I honestly didn't even plan this, I just realized I haven't worn these pants once since I got them and hemmed them about five inches.
Get The Look
Vegan leather pants have been around forever, but finding good quality ones is key. These Missoni pants (Neiman Marcus, $245) are the absolute perfect pair. They look just like leather, and they're sturdy like an actual pair of pants. Of course when I was putting them on it was very hot, and I joked I might have to pull a Ross from Friends when he couldn't get them back on. But since these pants are vegan leather, you won't have to worry about that!
I chose a simple black tank, silk of course, to go with the rest of this get up.
I was thinking about taking my Chanel, but didn't think they'd be able to handle all of this :P
My Marc Jacobs bag filled in, and I have to say it worked out perfectly because of the studs, very fitting for the atmosphere.
I'm really liking the colours in this photo, I might have to venture out to my pool more often! Since I was going to a concert, even though Mama don't do standing room only, I still wanted comfortable shoes. The Manolo Blahnik colourblock sandal is my go-to choice.
I decided to wear my 'D' necklace, since people were asking my name and I could just point to it and say 'Dasha.' I'm so weirded out when people think it's 'Josha,' like, why??
This outfit is now one of my top choices, and I had a great time at the concert, they even played my favourite song!
Have a great week everyone!
