New Clothes Haul!!
New Clothes Haul
So sorry that I haven't been around in a while! I've been really busy with work as I somehow ended up a regular on two TV shows. But I'm working on getting a schedule set up and changing some things around so I can post more regularly. For today, however, I have this new clothes haul to share with you!
The past few months have been crazy for me in regards to shopping. So this new clothes haul is a compilation of things I bought recently. I'm still not prepared to fully admit that it's fall, so my fall lookbooks will have to wait. Most of these things are for spring and summer, but with a few tweaks, I think I can make some of them work in the fall.
Get All The Things
I initially got this gold dress as a swimsuit coverup, but I never really wore it as such. I think it looks good over black lingerie, and can even look good over some leggings. Only down side, it's a little itchy.
I noticed that my closet lacks a lot of white, and the sheer clothes have been something that I've seen everywhere, so I got this long white skirt. It's probably not going to be worn until next spring, but it will keep until then!
Another trend I wanted to try was the drop armhole bodysuit. I was worried it would cause a major boob fall out situation, but interestingly enough, it's kept everything in place with aplomb!
I got these jeans from H&M when I realized I didn't have any high-waist jeans. Every new clothes haul has to have a great pair of jeans. Very surprisingly to me, they fit perfectly. Even the length was just right, which for me has always been an issue.
Another item in this new clothes haul is the Nicholas Kirkwood sandal, from TheRealReal. I am SO excited about these shoes, I think I'll wear them in the fall and for the other seasons to come. They're a very comfortable low heel sandal, but the heel is gold, and they're studded as well; it's just the right amount of 'edge' to keep things interesting.
I became obsessed with finding a pleated dress for myself after I saw someone wearing one at a movie premiere. Since I don't do red carpet that often, I thought something more casual will be great. This mint dress from ASOS was perfect. With some darker outerwear, it will work well in the fall as well!
I hope you enjoyed this new clothes haul and stay tuned for more!
