Getting Ready For Fall With Faux Suede

faux suede -5-1

It's looking more and more like summer is over. We usually have a heat wave around this time, but since there isn't one, I guess it's as good a time as any to start preparing my fall wardrobe. I'm really excited about these faux suede pants. Real suede is not very useful in LA, and I'm glad Missguided offers this option.

I've been seeing a lot of fringe as well, and I think suede will have a moment once fall really hits. Jackets and bags in suede will be a huge thing this season.

And of course faux suede is better because it's environmentally friendly ;)))

I'm also glad I finally get to wear my Jimmy Choo sandals! Because of all the minimalist shoes out there, I feel like the Jimmys aren't getting any love in my closet.

You need these pants girl.

If you wear black a lot, like I do, faux suede is perfect. You can pair these with all black without worrying about looking like you're going to a funeral. I love the high waist as well, it's the perfect fit for a crop top!

Since it's still warm, I can get away with wearing this Free People bralette as a top ;)

It's a little itchy though, so check out some of these other options!

For my accessories, I went with some silver rings. I love ring sets, like this one, or this five-finger ring from Eddie Borgo. Also check out this Vite Fede mini ring.

To match my silver jewelry, I chose my Salvatore Ferragamo bag, with silver hardware.

I know I'm behind the times with this slit sleeve trench, but since I made it myself, I'm really happy to wear it.

I'm still seeing some slit sleeve jackets, like this one from Halston, and this one from Revolve. But I couldn't find a trench with the same design. You can easily copy this look by cutting sleeves in this Forever21 jacket, like I did! Check out a similar Ralph Lauren trench, and Jane Post jacket.

Let me know what you think about wearing some faux suede pants!
