Recently I bought some stuff on Aliexpress.com and wanted to share my thoughts with you. This Aliexpress review is just my thoughts, and they didn't ask me to write it. If you are not familiar, it's just a website where you can buy practically any cheap thing from China.
I did a lot of research and it looked like some good stuff can be found on there. It's a good place to get something you don't really need to spend a lot of money on. So I got myself some bluetooth headphones, and a couple of colourful bags to wear for the summer.
I finally gave in and got one of these trapeze handbags everyone is carrying around. Since it's such a huge trend, I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it. Trends are so fleeting that I don't think it's worth it. This one was only twenty-eight bucks! And for delivery from China it came very fast. It's actually pretty well made, and looks exactly like any bag you'd find at Zara or Forever21.
Since I got the iPhone 7, I've been wanting to get some bluetooth headphones so I can stop carrying that ridiculous headphone appendage around everywhere! I chose these because they just looked cool, and for fifteen bucks I figured I could try it out. So far, they're working out quite nicely! They have a USB charger so that's actually very convenient. I do notice the battery drains fast, but it doesn't bother me. The sound is nice as well, and it's louder and more 'rich' than the iPhone headphones. The over-the-ear band hurts my ears after while, although I notice that with all of them.
Gold Ring Bag
This is yet another one of those trendy things I didn't want to spend a lot of money on. I like this gold ring bag because it looks kind of like the Chloe one, but not so much that it's a knock-off. Again, it's very similar to anything from Zara but for much less. As with all bags from China, it stinks to high heavens and I've been airing it out by the window. It is also a little crookedly stitched on the inside. I think these bags are cute for a few wears, but definitely not long-term use.
I hope my Aliexpress review was useful if you're thinking about buying from there. Overall, I like how little money I spent on things I'd never really consider investing in. I'd probably shop the site again, but I wouldn't make it my one-stop shop any time soon!
