Fall Lookbook Part One
This week(end) I want to try something different. Instead of posting one huge chunk of pictures and outfits, I will make a lookbook of four outfits over the course of several posts. Sorry I’ve been away for so long, but being busy with work is making it very hard to update. But nevertheless, here is my Fall Lookbook part one!
This look is very 90s inspired. And luckily that decade is trendy now, the long blazer of dress and slingback heels remind me of something I’ve seen at Dior this season.
Get The Look
This sweater dress should have a place in every fall lookbook. It’s short-sleeved, but it makes up for it by being a luxurious Vince cashmere. Actually, I don’t know if it’s really a dress, I think it might be a sweater masquerading as one. Either way, I love it.
You might remember this blazer from an older post when I wore it as a dress. Well for the fall lookbook I am wearing it as a jacket. I love the versatility of a long blazer.
Something else I noticed repeating itself this season is this bag. Mine is Marc Jacobs from many season ago, but the new Valentino stud bag is almost exactly like this one. It just proves my point that fashion is cyclical, and having a complete wardrobe of staples is much more important than buying up all the trends.
Finally, the shoes. These really give this outfit that 90s vibe I love so much. The slingback is back this season thanks to Dior’s limited edition J’adior pumps, and I couldn’t be happier.
Hope you all enjoyed part one of my Fall Lookbook, and stay tuned for more!
